Ultimate Black Belt Guitar welcomes you! Ultimate Black Belt Guitar provides services (defined below). By subscribing to this website you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS), which may be updated without notice. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time. Ultimate Black Belt Guitar is owned and operated by Ultimate Black Belt Guitar LLC and provides users/subscribers of the Ultimate Black Belt Guitar with full access to a collection of video guitar lessons. The number of video lessons, level, and variety vary in content and are not equal. Ultimate Black Belt Guitar reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at the discretion of Ultimate Black Belt Guitar. Use of the Services by a user shall constitute the user's acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Description of Ultimate Black Belt Guitar Services
Registering for the subscription service requires providing basic information to Ultimate Black Belt Guitar. Once registered you will receive unlimited access to Ultimate Black Belt Guitar Web Site Services which includes full access to a collection of video guitar lessons.
Subscribers agree to pay for the subscription period selected at the time of purchase. Subscribers will receive a confirmation notice upon their original effective date. It is the subscriber's responsibility to review the notice to ensure that it accurately reflects the requested subscription period.
The Ultimate Black Belt Guitar Services is provided as is. Ultimate Black Belt Guitar assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Ultimate Black Belt Guitar Services, and that access may involve third-party fees such as Internet service provider or airtime charges. You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Ultimate Black Belt Guitar Services.
The Ultimate Black Belt Guitar Services may include certain communications from Ultimate Black Belt Guitar, such as announcements, administrative messages, or newsletters.

Subscription Renewal or Cancellation of Subscription
Subscription renewal is automatic, and subscribers authorize automatic renewal of their subscriptions until cancelled. Subscribers can cancel the automatic renewal of their subscription at any time. To do so, log in to your account. Under the term billing, click "view or cancel plans", "cancel subscription". Please note that we may not be able to offer partial discounts for unused time in the canceling month.
Your Registration Obligations
In consideration of your use of the Ultimate Black Belt Guitar Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete payment information as prompted by the Ultimate Black Belt Guitar Service's registration form (the "Registration Data") and maintain and promptly update the registration and payment data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Ultimate Black Belt Guitar has the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide or Ultimate Black Belt Guitar has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete.
No one under 13 is allowed to create an account or use the Services. If you are between 13 and 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agreed to these terms. Username/Password Protection
Registered users and subscribers will choose a username and password that will permit them full access to the lessons provided on this site. Subscribers to the website agree to take all reasonable steps to protect and ensure the accuracy of any login, password, or payment information provided in connection with the services. Subscribers agree to be the sole users of their username/password and the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify Ultimate Black Belt Guitar of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other breach of security. Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Ultimate Black Belt Guitar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to comply. Ultimate Black Belt Guitar subscription will not be made "Publicly Accessible”. Your subscription is for your private use.
Ultimate Black Belt Guitar may terminate access and deactivate or delete a user's account without prior notice and without obligation agreements are not being met. Ultimate Black Belt Guitar reserves the right to restrict access to the services to any user, and deny access by any person without notification.
Refunds
Ultimate Black Belt Guitar may provide refunds on a case by case basis at the discretion of Ultimate Black Belt Guitar. In order to end your subscription, you must cancel your subscription before the next subscription renewal date.
No commercial reuse of Ultimate Black Belt Guitar services
Do not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion or use of, or access to, the Ultimate Black Belt Guitar Services (including Content, advertisements, and your Ultimate Black Belt Guitar username and password).
Disclaimer

Ultimate Black Belt Guitar will make all reasonable efforts to have the services available on a 24-hour basis, excluding normal network administration and system down time, but if access is suspended or interrupted, Ultimate Black Belt Guitar liability will be limited to restoring access to the Services as soon as possible/practical.
Limitation on Liability
Under no circumstances shall Ultimate Black Belt Guitar be liable, whether alleged as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), equity or otherwise, for any cost of cover or substitute service or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use the Services, or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions of lessons or of other information that is sent or received, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, even if Ultimate Black Belt Guitar, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Under no circumstances shall Ultimate Black Belt Guitar be liable for any personal injury that may be incurred by following the instructions given in these lessons on/from the Ultimate Black Belt Guitar website and subscription service. This includes all injuries, including but not limited to injuries to the hands, tendons muscles, carpal tunnel syndrome, eyes, including but not limited to, blindness or loss of eye sight from computer use or string breakage, hearing loss, or any other activity injury that results from the use of the website www.ultimateblackbeltguitar.com and its subscription service.
Miscellaneous
This Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ultimate Black Belt Guitar LLC and shall govern your use of the site and its services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Ultimate Black Belt Guitar.
This TOS (Terms of Service) and the relationship between you and Ultimate Black Belt Guitar shall be governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Ultimate Black Belt Guitar irrevocably agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the Hennepin County located in Minnesota.
Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the services or the TOS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Ultimate Black Belt Guitar and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, volunteers, successors, assignees, and licensors harmless from any claims, demands or liabilities arising out of or in connection with Ultimate Black Belt Guitar LLC, the web site www.ultimateblackbeltguitar.com and its subscription service. This includes third party content such as web links.
